On the level tattoo does amazing work. Ryan has been doing my tattoo for a while now and I’ve been absolutely in love with it since he drew it up. The quality of the work that each artist does is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this place over any tattoo shop. Will definitely get more tattoos done here.

Amazing people, Gus is an amazing tattooist, I will never go to anybody else! I also tell anyone who listens, to go here! Amazing work and the guys here are friendly, honest and very good humans! Check them out, they won't disappoint!

Hands down the most prestigious shop around. On The Level is a VERY CLEAN and VERY professional shop with top notch artists! Yes I waited a little while to get in. If you do the research as I did, you will realize the work is well worth the wait for art work that is of their quality! These guys provide a comfortable environment and in no way are "rude or disrespectful" I would highly recommend On The Level Tattoo!

I got a tattoo from one of the artists here and showed up to my appointment and he had a tattoo completely different then the one we discussed. After arguing for 30mins about the one i wanted he came back with a sketch. I booked the appointment months out because i had heard great things about this shop so didnt want to have to wait another 6month-year so just wound up going with the sketch. I provided multiple sketches and material for the tattoo I wanted and the artist wasnt able to do it. Also, I had booked an all day appointment to help reduce the rate and give time to do my whole back. He did half my back, ended the appointment early and then charged me a different price then what was agreed on. Spent $500 for something that i wasnt totally in love with. Granted I should have pushed harder for what i wanted but was disappointed in the artist pushing me out of it and not doing what we discussed. It was a simple tattoo and wound up being more then i wanted. I got the tattoo awhile ago and the more i look at it the more i wish the artist would have done what i asked.

Best custom tattoo shop in the Pacific Northwest. No flash art BS, only high quality custom work. You get what you pay for. You can't go wrong. All of my work is from Gus and Sharla but all of the artists are phenomenal. Don't waste your money going anywhere else. OTL is the only place I trust.

These guys are Top Notch! I am having a peice done by Ryan and am very impressed with the quality. I would not question any of the guys here as I have seen some of each of their peices and it all looks amazing but this shout out is for Ryan! Worth a wait as all the good ones are the busy ones!
