The Missing Piece Tattoo

I recently got a tattoo from Kas of Missing Piece and I was very impressed. The art is immaculate, the color saturation was amazing, and the conversation, personality and energy was great. The shop was clean and decorated really creatively, the other tattoo artist that was there was kind and friendly. Sometimes tattoo shops can feel stuck up or uncomfortable, that was not the case here. Kas nailed exactly what I was looking for, definitely recommend. Also heard that Kas had donated tattoo gift certificates to local charity auctions, and I thought that was cool.

I did a walk in tattoo, and Zach was amazing. He took my inspiration and made it so much better than I could have hoped for. He was also super personable, by far the most "fun" tattoo I've gotten. I got a tattoo with color blending which I know can be difficult, and he rocked it. I will absolutely be going back for my full side tattoo when I have the money. One week out and the tattoo is basically healed, and looks absolutely amazing. Will post fresh, and 1 week out pictures. (My one week out tattoo isn't as good of lighting, will attempt to edit my review to update with a better picture later)

Wow! I can not begin to describe how awesome The Missing Piece Tattoo truly is. Zack Woods is an amazing artist and all-around great guy to hang out with for several hours as he applies ink to skin! First, he honestly took the time to understand what I was looking for in my tattoo design. He even stopped several times during the process to get my opinion on what direction he was thinking about going as the design evolved. Yet he maintained the aura of a true artisan throughout the entire tattoo session. He truly enjoys what he does and it shows in his passion for the craft of tattooing!

The shop itself was filled with other great professionals that really went out of there way to make you feel like one of the gang. Got some work done by Susan and it is absolutely amazing. I came in with pre existing pieces by other artists so she free handed her additions (the rose and cherry blossoms) to fit around what I already have. Will be coming back in November to add on to my sleeve and I’m so excited to see what it will look like once she’s completely finished. Thank you!!

Ben Hoteling did an amazing job on my piece! Session 1 is down and he turned my ideas into a beautiful piece of art. He gets excited about his clients ideas and turns them into reality that exceeds expectations! I will not go anywhere else Ben hands down gave me the best tattoo experience I’ve ever had. Also very personable and easy to talk to! Just a wonderful experience.

This was a great experience! I absolutely love my new tattoo which is a cover up. Zack is an amazing artist and really took his time to get just what I wanted. His shop is very clean and I loved chatting with the other employees. They all made me feel very at ease. I won't go anywhere else.

Nathan is a really skilled artist. I've gotten most of my work done by him over the past 2 years, and his photo-realism ability is superb!

Nathan Gall worked well with me for my first tattoo which was on my chest and upper arm. He took the time to explain the piece and make sure it really fit what I wanted. A super cool dude who really puts a lot of effort into a piece of artwork. Overall, if I got another tattoo, I would have him design and do it again!

I worked with Chip and he knocked it out of the park. My tattoo turned out better than I ever could of imagined. He was extremely patient and meticulous working on the tattoo and he was open to all my ideas during the design period. Couldn’t be happier with the end result. Will definitely be returning to get more work done from him

I got a flower/tree piece on the center of my upper back at the missing piece tattoo by Nathan and it was a really great experience. It was my first tattoo and he made sure I was comfortable the whole time and let me take breaks whenever. Not to mention that he turned my tiny idea into a beautiful art piece.
