I got three tattoos from Matt today. First off. Matt has a brilliant mind so he was great to talk with. Tattoos are a spiritual body art for me, so I’m picky about who I allow to ink me. He understood the underlying placement importance for my pieces.
Matt has a calm, quiet, peaceful energy when he is tattooing. One thing I look for in a good tattooer is their ability to be light handed and steady handed. Matt has both.The three tattoos I got were on my hands.
His shop is super clean and well designed. I loved the covering he used on my tattoos to let them heal softly over the next few days.

I had a great experience at seventh veil. Matt was super nice, he did a great job drawing out my idea and making it come to life. The shop is clean and well kept and the prices was super reasonable. This was the best tattoo experience I’ve had, and this was my 9th tattoo so that’s something. I’ll go back to him for sure!!

I walked into Seventh Veil Tattoo due to all the positive reviews, I meet with Matt to show the rough idea I had for a tattoo and he was able to sketch it up, while also advising me on a couple changes I should think about. After a couple weeks (due to my busy schedule) he had it drawn up and he started the outline about a week ago and I go back on May 24th to finish it up. overall a great experience. Though first tattoo on the ribs maybe not the brightest of choices.

I went looking to cover my hand with a skull, the owner told me the usual rate is $150 an house so I set an appointment, when I arrived to my
Appointment I sat in the lobby a half hour past my appointment time so when he was ready he told me He was ready to get started now after a half hour of waiting he started working on my hand and wasn’t concerned about getting my tattoo done he was taking his time In attempts to charge more for a single tattoo session he turned into 2. Long story short $600 for I hand lice is over price they take advantage or you here and do sup par work find another shop if you want a good tattoo artist because the seventh veil tattoo owner/workers cannot be trusted to give you a good tattoo many people have told me that he charged me to much for the $600 dollar piece on my hand . But I was willing to try and go back to get a four letter word of my baby sons name tattooed and he said $150 I already over paid for the hand coverup now another $150 for a 4 letter word that can be done anywhere else for ? $40-60
Don’t go here if you do not want a sheisty tattoo artist who clearly over prices tattoos and sub par work

Cory Nelson, tattoo artist extraordinaire at Seventh Veil has done all of my work and my wife's ink as well (from when he was at previous shops) and we will follow him anywhere. His art is exceptional, and as a human he is kind, very professional and we wouldn't consider going to anyone else. Seventh Veil is lucky to have him!!
