I recommend this spot to everyone. The shop is clean, Tim is straight up with you from the beginning. They work with you on every step of the way. Oz has a true gift for this; knowledgeable about his craft, and I couldn't be happier with the work done. It's always difficult to know what you will find when you are searching for a good artist. Tsunami Tattoo is exactly the kind of place that knows what they are doing, and takes pride in their work. Couldn't be happier!

I search for a long time for the right artist for my sleeve. After a little research and recommendations I chose to go to Tim McCarthy. After four sessions I have no regrets and have been impressed with the shops professionalism and quality of work. I have observed work from the other artist and have not seen a disappointed customer. Got my first piercing done here by Jake and it was amazing. I got my septum pierced and it looks so wonderful. I highly recommend you go to him for piercings! He made me feel very comfortable, knew what he was doing and reassured me the horror stories I read about getting my septum pierced were by unprofessionals. Definitely recommend him!

Easy to find, staff is helpful. They give you quotes and options from the start. They are cash only and require deposit, but they are skilled in their art. The manager Nate did my work and he was quick but thorough.

I called several Tattoo shops, looked up multiple reviews online (Yelp!, Google, Facebook, etc.) and the same name kept coming back around - if I wanted a piercing, I needed to go see Jake the Piercer at Tsunami Tattoo. I was a little nervous - it was a simple nose stud piercing but it was the first time I was considering piercing something outside my ears - I wanted it done right. I ran into several problems with various shops getting "annoyed" with me because I had some questions and wanted to feel comfortable. I am so, so, so, so glad I waited to let Jake pierce me. He was PHENOMENAL. Every question I threw at him he answered flawlessly and confidently - by the time I sat down in his chair I was totally ready and calm. One day later I am very happy with my new piercing and will recommend Jake to anyone (and I'll go back to him for anything I need in future.) He's worth every single penny people, don't go anywhere else!

This review is for Jake, the resident piercer at Tsunami Tattoo. Jake has been my piercer for nearly a decade. I followed him to Tsunami from House of Tattoo. He is kind, professional, gentle, and maintains an extremely clean private piercing room. In addition to piercing, he has also removed 2 micro-dermal implants that were placed by body mod artist Brian Decker several years ago. I have virtually no scaring from the micro-dermals thanks to Jake. I highly recommend him and his work.

I came in this afternoon as a walk in w/o any clue on what to get ,I just knew I wanted something tribal on my arm. Tim drew up my ideas within minutes of me walking in the door, 2 1/2 hrs later I walked out with the most amazing art on my arm. I'm in shock on how well he did for such short notice. I am so pleased with how professional the artists are and the cleanliness of the establishment. I encourage everyone to go to tsunami tattoo!!!
