Cody’s work may be great but he is not professional at all. He likes to make fun of his clients online. He has done this on multiple occasions. It’s sad to see such a talented person act so unprofessional. He refuses to return money on a gift certificate that can not even be used now because of the new policy he made up after the purchase was made. You want to change your policies fine but honor your word and return people’s money. Guess he needs the money more then I do. I will wash my hands of it all and will never send anyone else his way. Sad it turned out this way because I really thought he was a decent person turns out I was wrong.

Imagine being so mad that someone wasn’t able to fit you into their schedule that you feel the need to leave a negative review. Patience goes a long way and Cody is great at what he does. Even if you have to reschedule for a plethora of reasons, they’ll still accommodate and fit you in at their earliest convenience . Good shop and even friendly people.

I have been seeing Cody from Dark Letter Tattoo off & on for about 5 years. He is the only tattoo artist I have seen for multiple, several hour sessions. I am a returning client-that says a lot about an artist.
I know I can trust Cody. Not only is he technically phenomenal, he is kind & caring. I know that every piece I get from him is going to be quality & reasonably priced.
Not to mention, he brings a humble energy to every session. That energy is absolutely invaluable! I have to emphasize this. A good energy makes for a calm, smooth & easy flowing session. I always leave feeling great & wanting to come back. I travel 3 hours by car to Dark Letter, & it’s absolutely worth it. I would consider flying out of country for the type of service provided here.
