I’ve come here only a couple of times, and the lady up at the front is always super rude, has one of the worst attitudes. And I’m also very understanding if you’re extremely busy due to holidays, but don’t have snarky customer service because you’re having a bad day.

Took my daughter to get her nose pierced. Not only was Jeff completely friendly and put her at ease, he accommodated me having my 3 year old with us, and made it completely painless! When my daughter had an allergic reaction to the metal, he said to come back. They didn't have what we needed. He walked us to another store, showed us what we needed to buy, waited for us to buy it, took it back do their sanitizing process, and replaced her piercing! I'm in awe of the extra mile he went to take care of us!
