Rachel was absolutely the BEST!!! My daughters and I all came in to get our noses pierced. My one daughter wanted a septum and my other daughter and myself got our nostrils done. Rachel was so informative and calming to be around. We are generally anxious people but she put all of us at ease and I just can’t imagine us having a better experience anywhere else. I highly recommend her and she holds a special place in our hearts now that she was such an integral part of this memorable experience for us!!! Thank you Rachel!!!!

I came in back in April? If 2022 and was given the best experience with my tattoo. The tattoo is of a sensitive subject. I can't remember my artist name but I will never forget the service she provided and the care she took doing this tattoo. I also got my nose ring changed out and absolutely LOVE it to this day. I plan to come back to have it changed out again. You want to come to this shop, the environment and service here is spectacular and you won't be disappointed.

My daughter and I got our piercings done last month by Austin. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and very fun. He informed us that he would be leaving and our follow up care would be done by Rachel. We were sad at the time.
However I have since met and had care with Rachel and she is equally amazing. Thanks for helping me so much this weekend Rachel!

Wow! Exceptional service and really clean establishment. The whole team was extremely caring and friendly the entire time…I felt as if this was a home away from home. Travis and Josh greeted us right away and listened to our desires for sibling tattoos while giving their own professional, logical advice. We all really vibed well the entire time, laughing and having great conversations. I cannot say enough great things about this tattoo shop. I wish I lived closer, I’d be back all the time if I did. I got my lip and eyebrow pierced by Austin here. He was awesome. He’s no longer there, but Rachel is now and she’s amazing. My first two piercings went great, for my third I made an impulsive decision to go to a shop close to my house, & after many complications with that piercing I visited Hopeless today and talked to Rachel, & she saved a catastrophe waiting to happen, & got me in for a visit a timely manner. From my small interaction with Rachel I can tell she’s a really cool person to be around, and would be great when you’re going through the sometimes nerve wracking experience of getting a piercing.

I brought my daughter in for bilateral nostril piercings. Rachel did an amazing job. She let us know exactly what to expect with every step of the process. She opened all the packages and set everything up in front of us so we could see everything was sterile. She took the time to line them up perfectly and make sure my daughter was happy with placement before moving forward. The piercings look great are exactly what my daughter wanted.
We’ll definitely be back to see Rachel again.
