i went on sunday the 9th to get piercings with my friends!! the whole vibe was super nice, rachel was very thoughful about placement and safety :) i would definitely get pierced by her again <3

I have gotten close to a dozen tattoos here and it has been a very positive experience every time. Most recently Landrus gave me a pair of gorgeous moths. She was a delight to work with and the end result is absolutely stunning. I also got a very cool and very colorful piece from Zach Thompson. He was able to take my wild and ill formed idea and bring it to life. I highly recommend this shop and these artists, you wont be disappointed.

My experience was great, from making the appointment to getting my ears pierced. First piercing doe me. They were very transparent about pricing and the process. The owner and staff were friendly. Rachel did my piercings. She was super professional, but has a warm demeanor. She explained her steps and hygiene/sanitizing, and aftercare. Her technique was terrific, with little pain. Rachel rocked it!

I had a tattoo done here by Courtney Landrus, and it was overall a fantastic experience. Courtney was very accommodating of my schedule, even redrawing the tattoo last minute when I asked. It was also very reassuring to watch her spend a solid 15 minutes or more sanitizing the work station and covering things in plastic, even going so far as to cover the over head lamp she used. And the image itself was perfect, and still retains its detail and beauty now months later. I am proud to wear a piece by this artist, and would absolutely recommend her and this shop to anyone seeking to get a tattoo.

The piercers here are so considerate, on multiple occasions I've gotten free jewelry balls after losing them. I've been going here for 3 years now and this is definitely the place to get your piercings done at. The vibe of the store is super rad too! -chloe :)

My daughter told me about Hopeless Tattoo and Piercing about 3 years ago when she got her first tattoo. Love the clean lines. So I went to them for two tragus piercings and a small wrist tattoo. Austin, and Rachel were very professional and almost painless piercers. And I love my tattoo that Krista did! Highly recommend them.

Austin was super great with the teens I took in for piercings today. Extremely professional job, attentive, unrushed, and "sterile" was always a priority through every step. VERY High quality services. Really appreciated the medical grade metals used in the jewelry as well. I love that they schedule a follow up to ensure the health of your piercing. The shop was superbly clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. No wonder they win Clark County's studio of the year...every year.

I have sworn by this place for almost two years and that isn’t changing any time soon! Austin (the piercer) is unbelievably awesome.. always makes my appointments fun, and does amazing work. Has fixed a few “”piercings”” I’ve received at other shops in the past, and now I refuse to go anywhere else! Also worked with Zach, a tattoo artist, and his work is mind-boggling for only $150/hour. MORE than a fair price for the professionalism, quality, skill, and friendliness of the staff. This has been, and will continue to be, my go-to place.
