I went and got a piercing done here by Austin!
He is always there if you need any aftercare questions etc. Ive had issues where i keep getting a piercing bump, and every time i’ve called in to make an appointment, i’m either seen that same day or the next day! He’s super understanding and is more than happy to see you a couple of times to get the issue resolved. Austin always makes sure you’re comfortable & that you know what his procedures are, and overall a really great soul! I would 1000% recommend getting any of your piercings by him if you want a professional & cool dude to pierce your body! 🤙🏽

I've always gone here to get my nose piercing taken care of. Everything is very clean and sterile and Austin has an easy going personality and makes it a comfortable experience. Can’t think of one negative thing to say about this place. Just from the hour I spent there, it was pretty obvious that every worker takes so much pride in his/her job. S/o to Austin for making the whole experience painless and quick. Not only did he give me the best healing piercing I’ve ever had, he let us dj some music and offered us his lunch since we didn’t have time to stop ahead of time. If you’re looking for a piercing and don’t know what to get, trust Austin in picking out where and what would compliment you best!

I took my 8 year old daughter in to get her ears pierced on her birthday. Austin wet above and beyond and I will recommend this shop to anyone. From the moment we walked in he was courteous and respectful telling my daughter “if at any time you do not feel safe or comfortable you let me know and we can stop fix it” he understands how nervous a child can be and did a better job than myself and keeping her calm and excited about what was happening. My first tattoo and will not be the last with Artist, Courtney Landrus. She was outstanding with details , procedures, and final product at the short evaluation prior to my appointment date. So worth the 3 month long wait. Hopeless tattoo has sets themselves up with high quality high standards and a long lasting tattoo as long as a person pays attention to what the artist is telling them for the aftercare and for the rest of your life tattoo care. The atmosphere is comfortable and light hearted. Enclosed are various piercing items and beautiful crystals in a glass wall. The paintings on the walls are very mesmerizing . I LOVE this place . Though I have never been to another tattoo shop I feel no need to compare to something that is perfect!

I was tattooed here a couple years ago before I moved to Vancouver by an artist who moved away, but I can tell you that the owner and other people in the shop are great. I was there for a two day piece that totaled about 18 hours and they were super sweet offering to get me drinks when I was thirsty and someone even grabbed me a slice of pizza from across the street. Will definitely be back for something else one of these days.

I took my daughter in to get her ears pierced and Austin was fantastic. The studio is very clean and inviting.
My daughter was a little nervous but Austin did a great job of talking to her on her level, explaining everything and making sure she understood what was going to happen. He was very friendly and personable and my daughter really liked him.
His was very conscientious of sterile technique (I’m a nurse that has worked in the OR) and was quick and efficient with the piercings.
I am very happy with the whole experience!
