I came in to get a naval piercing and it looked ok at first but after a few days I noticed it was pierced off center. I've tried calling and messaging to see if I can get in to get it redone but they haven't answered any messages and the phone number doesnt go through to anyone. I have a busy work schedule and it's hard to find time to come in to the store directly so I will probably just go to another piercing place to get it redone. Really disappointed with the service considering the other reviews.

I could not finish tattoo due to pain. The tattoo was way smaller than it was worth due to this. I was not refunded any my 250 dollars and I was told he could not schedule the rest on another date. Never going there again.

Elissa was awesome, went in to have an old tat freshened up and she really got into detailing it out adding color and it looks fantastic, she did an awesome job on my wife as well.

Prepaid for my peircing. Made an appointment with the guy. He flakes. And then refused to answer when I try to make another appointment. Its been almost a month and I still haven't gotten my peircing or a reply.

I went to get my nose pierced, it was my first piercing and the person who pierced me was very nice,he went step by step on the process, and he made sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend them for piercings.
