So far so good, just got jewelry changed today but the experience was awesome and pain free! I'm going back within a week or less to get my tongue pierced. The staff I dealt with was awesome and he answered all my questions with no hesitation and super friendly! The energy I felt there was all positive! Will update when I go back to do my tongue.

I'd go to any artist at Immortal Ink besides Rafa. All other artists there are wonderful. Rafa however, does not listen to the client & feels entitled to artistic freedom (even when asked to do a specific piece). He'll sales talk anyone who walks through the door, but then doesn't provide the attention or quality service to anyone who actually ends up in his chair. I now have a permanent scar on my body, (which in my opinion, is pretty ugly) that is not even close to the picture I brought in & asked for & idk if anyone else will be able to fix it. I'd give less stars if there weren't so many other talented artists working here, but if I were Wes (owner I believe) I'd replace Rafa. I sincerely hope anyone who reads this actually takes my advice & doesn't allow Rafa to ruin their body.

Rafa does amazing work. He was in middle of a tattoo when I walked in wanting a Daith piercing. Rafa quickly and efficiently performed my piercing with perfection and I was out in less than 15 minutes. I thanked his tattoo customer for their patience and understanding. Very clean, well done and professional.

Great shop, awesome artists! One of the oldest shops in town. I had Mandy do my sleeve and just love her style. Would highly recommend any of the artists at the shop each have their own uniqueness.
