"Octopi Ink is a women owned tattoo shop in Washougal. Owned and operated by Jennie Mastaler and Dawn Mendez. Our shop specializes in custom tattoo designs, and we have a variety of styles that we like to do. We love to create an environment inviting of all walks of life, to come have a good experience and get some great ink! We are an 18 and older tattoo shop, so unfortunately no kiddos are allowed at tattoo appointments. We are a small shop, so at the moment we are only allowing one client per artist. Please contact your artist first before bringing a plus one. Thank you! We look forward to meeting you all!"

I’ve had over a dozen tattoos in my life, and Octopi Ink was the best/most fun/comfortable experience I’ve had.
First, after reaching out to Jo, they were extremely responsive, friendly and enthusiastic about my initial design. When I needed guidance, they helped me come up with a design that was perfect, even when I was indecisive about imagery.
Jo also had a very careful touch when putting in lines and explained every step of the process (and first time clients, this is your person!). As someone with high anxiety, Jo always checked in to make sure I was comfortable. For technique, the line work was clean and the shading was perfect.
ALSO! Jennie (shop co-owner) was extremely friendly and fun to be around. She had great advice, tips, and I can’t wait to get a coverup from her in the future. The shop was CLEAN, cozy and I was oven offered fresh figs during the middle of my appointment.
I will definitely be back for another piece. I’ve had tattoos from toxic, problematic men in the past, and this shop is the antithesis of people like that.

Jennie is my friend and I've been going to her for years. She's the best artist I've ever known so I'll never go anywhere else. Dawn is really talented and cool too. The shop is nice with a laid back atmosphere in a cute area. I'm never disappointed and always stoked to make my next appointment. Never had an issue, always super satisfied. I'd recommend Octopi Ink to anyone and have had two friends go in also who had positive experiences. Can't wait for my next appointment :)

I absolutely love octopi ink! They have delivered quality ink for me multiple times and have always been very professional. When I ask for custom pieces my artist has always taken all of the elements I'm lookind for and developed them into beautiful artwork. My go to tattoo shop, I would definitely recommend!!

Went to Octopi Ink to have their apprentice, Jo, do 2 tattoos on me. Both the owners were there to coach and offer advice when needed. Everyone was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The inside of the shop has good, calming vibes with all the nice plants and colors. I am happy with how both my tattoos turned out. Jo did great work. I can't wait to go back to get more ink! 10/10 would recommend!
