"Octopi Ink is a women owned tattoo shop in Washougal. Owned and operated by Jennie Mastaler and Dawn Mendez. Our shop specializes in custom tattoo designs, and we have a variety of styles that we like to do. We love to create an environment inviting of all walks of life, to come have a good experience and get some great ink! We are an 18 and older tattoo shop, so unfortunately no kiddos are allowed at tattoo appointments. We are a small shop, so at the moment we are only allowing one client per artist. Please contact your artist first before bringing a plus one. Thank you! We look forward to meeting you all!"

I got a tattoo done at the beginning of August and I needed to have touch ups done so that my tattoo would be complete. I reached out to try and reschedule several times and told the artist that I have the exact same days off every week and that they could put me down for anytime and I would make anytime they gave me work. each time I was contacted to schedule me on days that I didn’t have off and ended up having to go to a different shop to have my tattoo finished. I received good but not great service, the people there are great but I probably won’t be going back.

Jennie Mastaler is amazing! Got referred to her by one of my friends and I don’t regret going to her one bit. I had what I thought was an impossible cover up become a reality. It’s still a work in progress, but she would be my first recommendation to anybody that asks me where to go for a tattoo.

This shop is so beautiful and such an amazing staff. It's nice to find a space that is welcoming and a break away from the stereotypical grunge shops. Nothing wrong with grunge shops it's just nice to have a different setting and lots of plants!!!

Dawn did my first tattoo last year and I have been back for two more, my daughter got hers yesterday and my husband will be getting his next week! I was pretty nervous for my first one but Dawn was so professional and compassionate, she helped calm my nerves! The shop is EXTREMELY clean and beautiful, all the ladies are super nice! I highly recommend them ❤️
