"Octopi Ink is a women owned tattoo shop in Washougal. Owned and operated by Jennie Mastaler and Dawn Mendez. Our shop specializes in custom tattoo designs, and we have a variety of styles that we like to do. We love to create an environment inviting of all walks of life, to come have a good experience and get some great ink! We are an 18 and older tattoo shop, so unfortunately no kiddos are allowed at tattoo appointments. We are a small shop, so at the moment we are only allowing one client per artist. Please contact your artist first before bringing a plus one. Thank you! We look forward to meeting you all!"
