Wow, I couldn't be happier!! Mero came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. He did a portrait of my late dog Stella and he knocked it out of the park. I highly, highly recommend Mero if you need some serious work.

Worst experience I've ever had in a professional tattoo parlor. I paid my deposit to guarantee my time slot. The artist wasn't even there in the bldg when we got there. We showed up at 11 am, our appt time and it took two hours to do a heart tattoo the size of a quarter on my arm and my daughter's. It turned what should have been a great mom and daughter moment to get a cute little matching tattoo into a nightmare. If I could give a negative 10 I would. No discount, no apology at all for the extreme inconvenience.

I took my 9 year old daughter to get her ear pierced. Very clean and professional. They make my daughter feel very comfortable and made the experience very pleasant for her. Thank you!

Went in to get a cover up on my wrist by the artist Mero, I asked for a Grayscale lotus as i'm personally not a fan of color tattoos and I thought the shape would be a good way to cover up the script. He told me it would look better in color and when I mentioned my concern about it not covering up the black underneath he assured me it would and I gave in and trusted his judgement. I could immediately tell that the color wasn't hiding the tattoo and he told me that it would look better healed. I waited until it was healed and noticed it was patchy in places and very obviously not covering up the previous tattoo so I emailed him to schedule my touch up as I was told it was free in the first 6 months after getting a tattoo. I emailed him multiple times with no response. Finally called the store to speak to him and he claimed he hadn't seen them but somehow found them while on the phone with me. He told me he was really booked up and I had to wait until August to get my touchup. At this point it had been several months of waiting but I agreed. I then received a text from him a week before our appointment telling me that he would be out of town and had to cancel our appointment but that he would let me know when he was back. I waited until the end of October and when I received no notice I tried to contact him and got once again, no response. I then waited until November to call the store and ask for him, they told me he wasn't working that day but to try again Tuesday which let me know that he was back and just hadn't bothered to reschedule. I left my information to remind him, and of course, I have received no response from him. I paid $400 for that coverup and the quality and customer service I received definitely didn't match the price. Save your money and book with someone else.

I had the opportunity to watch MERO do this cover up. His knowledge and ability with saturation and color theory was brilliant to watch to say the least.

I emailed to set up an appointment and I was told to message Frank on Instagram, so I did. (I never use instagram for anything so I don't think about checking it often). We talked back and forth and he sent the last message Wednesday afternoon. I didnt get to replying until Monday(5 days later). When i went to reply to him today about sending the deposit, I realized I was BLOCKED. How unprofessional!! I was incredibly frustrated at first but after thinking about it, I definitely dodged a bullet. So I would like to say screw you and also thanks for showing me how shady you guys really are before i actually got a tattoo there.

I had an amazing experience. I called last minute for a tattoo for Me and my husbands anniversary. They got us in right away. Mero designed my tattoo and nailed it! He exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be a future client of his!
