My wife and have both gone in for tattoos. She was some what hesitant, but Drew took care of that with his expertise. Now she is looking to get more done. For me going to multiple artists at other shops is done, I will definitely be coming back to work with Drew. Drew and the rest of the guys have the best shop and know they are doing.

Never go here if you care about a quality piece. Has lines in places there shouldn't be, nd when I told him I was unhappy about It he told me it's just a tattoo. Also charges a lot for the work considering it's completely messed up. Then didn't finish it because I confronted him about the poor quality work.

Paul is by far one of the best tattoo artists I've ever had. Paul pays close attention to what your asking for, with a little guidance to get the best tattoo, and pays attention to detail in his art. His studio offers the comfort of real art, lots of talent and is very spacious. I would recommend Paul to anyone who is looking for a great investment of art on their body. A little over a year ago, I decided to get a large dragon tattoo which I started with a good local artist. After all of the line work was done, I decided that what I really wanted a full Japanese body suit and started looking for an artist to add a suit around the original dragon work. Living in Chicago, I thought I'd have to travel to the coasts to find someone specializing in large scale Japanese work, but was happily supprised when I found Katana Tattoo Studio, close by in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and the phenomenal work of Paul Dhuey. I contacted Paul and we spent some time discussing ideas before settling on a Four Guardians of the Compass theme. Due to the position I had requested for the dragon, working the other three Guardians in was a bit challenging, but I'm really happy with how it's worked out. I'm not artistic, so, for the most part, I've depended on Paul's skills and recommendations, and I have to say I could not be any happier. I love the work he's done and have received many, many compliments. I should also mention that the studio has a good vibe, is super clean, and a great Green Bay location. The other resident artist, Jonathan Gilbert, does exceptional portrait work. He's obviously not working on me (there's no more room!), but I get to see his work when I'm getting worked on - if you're looking for fine portrait or black and grey work, check out his portfolio.
