My friend and I walked in for nose piercings and Willow was our piercer. They were very kind and super cool. They made the process super fast and not nerve wrecking at all. I would 100% recommend willow for any piercings you want done. They were amazing!!

Great experience getting my rook piercing. Walked in on a Saturday and staff was quick to greet and get us checked in. Kept us updated on wait time. First cartilage piercing for me and they did a great job walking me through it. We'll be back for sure.

Our piercer was Willow. Super awesome person and piercer. They did an amazing job at piercing my septum. As for the atmosphere. I loved it. They have an axolotl who is the cutest and I liked the theme of the shop too. I will definitely be back

5 Stars! Girlfriend had her belly button peirced. Dude was friendly professional and very quick. The piercing was in the correct location as in not to far up or to far down left ect We were in and out of there super fast. Place was extremely clean, loved the decor AND The price as well was very proper!

If you guys want to close at 8, then change your business hours. 2 times I called ahead to see if I can get a piercing a little after 8 after work. Both times told yes. First time homegirl was walking out as I was walking in and was visibly upset my friend and I showed up. Second time they were just completely closed. Just change your hours instead of inconveniencing others and being inconvenienced

I've been going to Kapow for a while now for various piercings, most recently cheek piercings and a cover up tattoo (still in progress). They have been AMAZING in attending to my concerns and always tell me to come in to check on the cheek piercings if I feel they've been acting up. I've had to upsize a few times and they always do it free of charge. Ben has been working with me on those piercings and he's been awesome. Isaiah has been doing my cover up and so far it looks great! Looking forward to getting color on it.

Courtney was absolutely amazing!!! She is so friendly, makes you feel at ease, and let's you know exactly what it is she is planning/thinking for the best look to your new ink. I recommend her to anyone that is looking for some fresh, crisp lines! Will be seeing her again sometime soon.

I got my double nostrils done here about a year ago and also went in today for my rook. I brought someone with and they got their industrial.
In the times I’ve been here, I had two different piercers and an apprentice. Everyone was super friendly and professional both times and the piercings were done amazingly! Couldn’t be happier with the experience here. This is now exclusively where I’ll go for piercings.

Of the 4 piercings my friend group had done, not went well. My daith was swollen and took 45 minutes, my friend had the same issue and my navel piercing is crooked. I wouldn’t return or recommend them.
