Just had my first nose piercing done! I've never had anything more than my ears pierced, and I was nervous. Matt was my piercer; everything was clean, and he explained each step very well (definitely helped calm my nerves!!) He also gave me an aftercare pamphlet to follow, including the date of the appointment as well as the average healing time, basically everything I needed to know. Great service done well and amazing staff! :D

I have gotten two piercings here (so far!) and I always have a great experience. The shop is very clean, organized, and welcoming. The piercers are always great and let me know what is happening every step of the way. My favorite place to get pierced in La Crosse!

I have gotten my orbital conch, tragus, rook and industrial piercings all with Matt. All 4 were a pleasant experience. The shop is clean and he does a great job explaining the process. I also purchased gold/diamond replacement jewelry for 3 of the 4 piercings after they healed (my industrial jewelry piece was $800). My husband and I went in a month ago to discuss a piece to replace my rook piercing jewelry. He was very nice. Unfortunately, that’s as far as the good part of this review goes. Ever since we visited him a month ago he has been unresponsive. We have called multiple times, sent multiple fb and instagram messages and we have heard nothing from him. We have spend over $1200 at his shop, one would think we would at least get a call back. Extremely unprofessional. We are very disappointed.

i was super nervous to get my nipples pierced, but Samantha was so kind and really helped me relax and feel more confident about going through with it. she answered all of my questions before we got started and gave me really clear aftercare instructions.
Also they use internally threaded jewelry, 100/10 would recommend

Sam did a industrial piercing for me! I've wanted it for 10 years and finally did it! Got in same day! She had a great personality and loved talking with her! She made me feel really comfortable with a higher pain level piercing! We even joked about that I didn't even shed a tear! I will be back and highly recommend this place!
