Amazing experiance. Best piercing shop I have ever been to. I had a small jewlery issue, and it was immediately handled and fixed after mentioning it. I didn't even ask for it to be fixed. I was prepared to buy a new piece of jewlery as I felt it was my fault. Got a new piercing as well and couldn't beat the experience. Very safe and clean. Would recommend!

I got my septum pierced here just recently. Matt (the piercer) and the other staff are very friendly, and they take safety and cleanliness seriously. It hasn't been that long since I received my piercing, but it is already healing great with very minimal discomfort and no complications. I would definitely recommend this place!

I had an earring allergy and my ear was super swollen. I was super anxious to go in and get it changed, but my boyfriend offered to get me my favorite drink if I went in and got it changed, so I did. We were a walk in, and they had us pick out jewelry. They made sure to give me stainless steel to avoid further aggrevation of my ear. I had tried to pull it out prior and ended up making myself bleed, not to mention the pain was damn near pass out level. So when Matt took out the old ring, I was bracing, and right when I thought he was gonna pull it out, he showed it to me lol. He was so quick and it was so painless that I was getting ready for him to do it AFTER he had already done it. It felt so good to get that thing out!!! Not to mention, he's been helping my boyfriend gauge his ears. Both him and I agree, that the way that Matt assesses the jewelry and touches it, he KNOWS what he's doing.

Clean sterile environment. Instruments, needles and jewelry were in sterile packaging. My daughter got her ears pierced they were very gentle and explained everything to her. They talked to her as a person and didn’t look to me to talk for her, which as a parent is much appreciated.
