They were incredibly friendly and professional! The girl at the front desk and Matt, the guy who pierced my nose, were incredible. Super sanitary and quick! Definitely knew what they were doing!! I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend!!! :)

When I called to ask a few questions, the receptionist was polite and helpful. Online booking was convenient. You may want to plan ahead for parking as it is limited, depending on the time/day, in downtown Lacrosse but everything is within walking distance.
The location is historic - which is pretty cool. The place is spotless, Matt is thorough, and aftercare instructions are very clear. They also carry quite an array of high-end jewlery. Check it out 😎
