A Dead Anchor Tattoo & Body Piercing is located downstairs in 1925 Monroe Street, downtown Madison, WI which is walking distance from Camp Randall Stadium. A Dead Anchor Tattoo is by appointment only. The artists here specialize in Tattoo & Piercing procedures including, Piercing Landscaping, Flash Work, Custom Designs, Portrait Work, Cover-ups, and much more. While we strive to bring you the highest standards in tattoos and body piercings procedures we also provide you with a fun-filled relaxing atmosphere. Worst tattoo experience I've had so far. The artist (Brandon) overworked the black areas and have scars now due to the lack of care with my arm. Artist also talked constantly and didn't pay attention to what he was doing. Didn't get my money's worth along with a poorly executed tattoo.

Made an appointment for a piercing and after I arrived I was told to sit down. The piercer starting giving someone a tattoo even though I made an appointment. No one came to check me in, or fill out paperwork after 15 minutes. I left without getting anything done .
