As a 68-year old grandmother, I got my first (and last) tattoo a month ago when I visited my daughter in Monticello. Joe (Webby) Weber was the artist. I told him I wanted a hummingbird; I gave no other details about coloring, etc. He drew up a design and I loved it! Joe was so personable that he made the time go by and the pain seemed minimal.
