I worked with Shawn because I brought in the design and I didn't necessarily hear what I wanted to hear but he was honest about the design and I put my trust in his work. Glad I did, it turned out great. If you go here, take their advice even if it's not what you have in mind, it will work out better than what you have in mind.

My friend and I tried getting our septums pierced here and they said we both did not have the anatomy for them, so they refused to pierce us. The next day I ended up piercing it myself at home it worked out fine.
They also didn’t have a good attitude when we went there either.

I made an appointment several weeks before my birthday to get my nose pierced and to get my ears pierced as well. When I got there the day of the appointment there was a sign on the door saying that they were closed due to bad road conditions from a snow storm the night before. It’s understandable that they would close for that l, but I never received a call asking me to reschedule or letting me know that they would be closed. It was very unprofessional in my opinion, and I was very disappointed with the whole situation.
