I went in for a brief consultation for a tattoo from their artist Derek and he was unfriendly and showed terrible customer service. He did offer to sit down and draw out my tattoo ideas but merely looked at a picture or two and gave me no suggestions like I wanted. Since I have never gotten a tattoo before I had lots of questions to ask but he responded to all of them in a maximum of five words which made me feel like I was wasting his time. I left and I will find a new place to get my tattoo.

Leah is awesome. I've gotten three tattoos from her and every one of them have been great. The staff here are great! I always feel welcome and comfortable when getting tattooed here.

I got a nose piercing on Saturday and they seemed really knowledgable. I wasn’t happy because they only do corkscrew which I’m not a fan of because it is a lot harder to get out and it’s more of a one size fits all. I went back to Chicago (where I live) and because the stud was small and my nose started swelling badly the stud sunk down into my skin. When I called they said they didn’t have anyone who could talk me through getting it out and someone SHOULD follow up tomorrow. Since it was a new face piercing it would close by then, I told them that they need to have someone call me ASAP. The girl that called was not helpful, and told me to come back in even after I told her that I don’t live there. She tried to blame it on me and said there was nothing they could do and hung up. I can’t recommend going to them for a piercing that is over $75 because of this.

Barry did my first tattoo and it was a fun experience! I felt comfortable and got an A+++ tattoo that I am over the moon happy with! No doubt I will be back for another tattoo soon!

I've had 2 piercings by Kelly. Both were a great experience and would recomend. I've never had a piercing done before and she was patient and explained everything before hand. The rook in the picture was just pierced and the earlobe is about 2 months old

Very new to Wisconsin, but this shop is right by my house. I have a spot I go to do all my work so now I had to find a different one.... And I found it!!! Love the staff very friendly the and the place itself is clean and very beautiful. I unfortunately locked my keys in the car once and they were very helpful! Love all the staff there great atmosphere to be around! I only gave gotten piercings there which after reading the reviews I was worried at first, but I said " what the heck worth a shot, " simply because the shop it self is very well taken care of and thats a must! I saw Kelly had a few good bad and normal reviews, but in person she was awesome! Very professional and friendly, she made sure I had a great experience and a fast one. Still accomplishing her job right on point. Will definitely be recommending Waukesha Tattoo Company @ galleria at least for piercings still got to find me a tatto artist and its so hard to pick from there, there are so many talented tattoo artist @ WTC!!!

it was an okay visit, everyone was kind. it was professional enough, but they did not give clear instructions on changing the piercing. my girlfriend had to get her nose re pierced and it seemed to hurt a significant amount more at this shop.

Barry is an absolute artist! This was my first tattoo, he made it very comfortable, talked me through the process and the end result was amazing. I am hooked and will be back for more. 5 stars hands down!

While my piercing was done well, I felt even with an appointment I waited forever and it is incredibly overpriced compared to every other place I've gone to. Also, the piercer was not friendly at all. She was rude to my friend who came with me and she hardly said 2 words to me. The receptionist is so kind t though.

We had an AMAZING experience here. My daughter got her ears pierced, she is 4. Everything was clearly explained so she could understand. Very professional and clean. I highly recommend them.
