I've come up from Texas twice to get tattooed by Leah. She's so talented and great to work with. Awesome drawings, better tattoos. Best dot work shading out there. Beata is amazing too! We love y'all!

I got my rook pierced at Waukesha Tattoo today. Kelly was rather unfriendly and didn't talk at all. I tried to strike up conversation with her and she didn't respond at all. I was expecting a painful piercing and that's exactly what I got. She began the piercing and had difficulty getting the earring all the way through the hole. She fidgeted with it for a few minutes trying to force it through the hole with no luck. After about 4 minutes, I thought she had successfully gotten it in. However, she took off her gloves and proceeded to ask me if it was okay that she re-pierce it. I was pretty unsure about it considering how much pain I was already in and the fact that she failed the first time. She got it right away but I have a super bloody ear due to the fact that I have an open bottom hole because she had to make a new one. I wouldn't recommend going here for a piercing. I was also charged a full $50 after the screw up.

Love the place, have great movies on and great artist working. Barry was amazing even though I was moving around a bit, everyone makes you feel comfortable and welcomed! Definitely a great place! Not a bad thing to say about Waukesha tattoo company!

Katie was great! She was friendly, professional and made getting piercing almost painless! Love the gallery and the atmosphere. I'll be back for sure!

My first tattoo and I love it. Christin was my artist and she's great. Goes the extra mile to accommodate you. Very clean. Highly recommended. I have several ideas in mind for my next one.

Another great tattoo experience from Barry. Had some concerns around my initial design and he drew up everything I wanted. Got to watch Spaceball's during the process too! Very good price as well. Thanks Barry, couldn't be happier!!

Friends and myself had tattoos scheduled with Derek. I have not been happier with a black-only tattoo and this is my fourth tattoo shop to visit. Will definitely go back just for Derek. His artistic style and humor was great to have. Clean and entertaining staff. TV's at each tattoo booth.

Had a sleeve done and am going back in 3 months for my next tattoo. Awesome atmosphere. Always a great movie on to keep you occupied. Sprecher Root Beer on tap...yum. Barry, is by far the best artist I have come across.

Got 2 tattoos here, never had any issue with George. Great guy to work with. More on the quiet side but still a fantastic professional company.

Only speaking from the piercing aspect of this shop... needed new jewelry for two cartilage piercings and for a piercer to insert them. Made an appointment (haven't had to do that at other shops), the piercer was at least 45 min late, apologized to the person waiting after me when she came to get me (?)....appt was over 30 min of getting an existing piece of jewelry out and the new jewelry in, plus another piece of jewelry inserted in an already pierced spot. After a day, one of the studs fell out. I let it go because that part of my ear had been irritated and I figured the slight swelling may have prevented her from tightening the ball all the way. Then, a week later, the ball from my second stud falls out. That piercing was not irritated/swollen at all, so I don't see any reason why the ball wouldn't have been tightened enough. I've never had a ball from a stud fall out so quick, let alone two. The piercer asked where I got one of them done as it was an "odd angle", although I have had the jewelry changed on that location before with no difficulty... In my experience, it usually takes at least year (usually two) for a ball to loosen on its own.

End of story is, spent more time waiting then if I would've done a walk-in somewhere else, $40 total wasted from the jewelry I bought plus insertion fee, and got a vibe the piercer was annoyed the whole time...... I've bought jewelry here once before and had a good experience, this time the lady mentioned she was covering for the usual piercer who was out on maternity leave..
I don't usually make reviews, let alone negative ones, but I guess I am disappointed because tattoo/piercing shops don't offer returns of any kind so I feel screwed out of $40. Lesson learned, make sure you know about the piercer you are seeing or go to a place you've had consistent results with.
