I had my ears pierced with a 10ga by Katie and I have to say it was super quick and easy. Not that I didn't think it would be but she was in and out in no time at all. Definitely going back for her to gauge them.

I didn't go to get a tattoo. The owner is an alumnus of Carroll College and supports a scholarship for current art students. Not only that, the perimeter of his establishment is arranged as an art gallery for students. What an amazingly generous fellow.

Worst customer service, tattoo artist didnt even look at me when talking about art. Appointments were months ahead.. And price was ridiculous. Talking about having to do 4 different sessions for a simple tattoo. Got it done for half the price, within 2 days of talking to the artist, in one session of 3 hrs, by another well known tattoo place. Only put a star because thats the only way i could post this review. Im not here to talk crap about this place, it was my experience. Others experience might of been different. But this is my story.

Walk-in to get my eyebrow redone. Katie is very knowledgeable, friendly and the best of all, extra clean. For a germophobe this is the best quality! Call and make an appointment.

So I don't really do tattoos; I'm more of a piercing person. The first time I went I called first to see if the piercer was in. Brandy was. So I came in and got my belly button done. The jewelry looked cute and was supposedly "good", but only a couple of weeks after I got it done, one of the diamond parts fell out. However, Brandy was super cool. She went over everything about the after care process, asked me if I had gotten my belly button pierced before, etc.

A little bit later, I wanted to get two dermals in my neck and asked for Brandy. She wasn't in; Kelly was. I was told the two had the same amount of experience and whatnot, and I really wanted to get it done that day, so I went in and got my dermals done by Kelly. It seemed like Kelly acted like I was crazy the whole time. I asked, "I was thinking about the pros and cons of dermals and surface piercings. What do you think?" (Since she's the piercer, I thought I could at least get an opinion. She simply said, "Whatever you want." In my head, I'm like, "ooo-kay..." She said the bare minimum to me the whole time I was there. The only after care she mentioned was telling me to buy the product cleaning that they have.

I would go back, but I would definitely make sure Brandy is there. She was totally cool and I felt treated like she actually wanted me there and actually wanted to talk to me.

Outstanding work from George and team.. very nice well set up place and reasonable prices. This was my first tattoo but will be back for another.. great place in a great location.

Just got my daith pierced on both sides by the intern Katie, very satisfied :) have 10 piercings done by Kelly alone over the years, always satisfied with the work :) would recommend to anyone looking to get pierced :)

I have been to a few different tattoo shops and I have to say this is the one for me! The staff is professional and fun! The shop itself is full of beautiful art and prices are fair. Most importantly the artists are amazing!

You have to make an apointment to purchase jewelry in their show case. But thry are friendly and do a good job on oiercings snd tattoos. Just think you shouldn't have to make an appointment just to purchase jewelry.

I just got my 5th tattoo and couldn't be more pleased, every idea I bring to derek he goes above and beyond my expectations and the results speak for themselves. Thank you again derek and waukesha tattoo company for another
