Have known John for years ten plus to be exact .
Very professional. Good quality ! He has done 90% of my tattoos. Makes me feel very comfortable every time meets all of my expectations and always goes beyond ! Never fails to amaze me with his art ! John is one of a kind when it comes to tattoo artists and in my opinion he is the best! Went in the shop the other day and got this BEAUTIFUL tattoo by him. The shop is very clean and very nice ! Everyone who works there is also very nice ! I would recommend West Allis Tattoo & Gallery to make any of your dream tattoos come TRUE John is the GOAT of tattoos! Absolutely love my tattoo! My friend and I went to John for a tattoo. I asked a lot of questions and was still deciding on my design, and he was really patient with me. He made me feel calm and relaxed. We even joked a little about my anxiety to get a tattoo. Ha! My tattoo was a memorial tattoo (so it meant a lot to me) and I love the way it turned out. Thanks John!

Never once had a problem, tattoos were crispy and they take the time to make sure the tat is what you want and to make sure everything they do is clean J is the best artist in Milwaukee.

Thought I would give this shop a chance since it’s nearby my home. Had a consultation with Justin at 4pm. Justin never showed up but the owner did to let me in. The owner said he would contact Justin. I sat & waited 20 minutes, Justin called me saying he would not make it in, was unaware of the appt made. Said I could text him pics of what I wanted and we could plan from there. Why would I want to give business to someone who doesn’t take my time seriously? I was turned off by the unprofessionalism. Neither Justin or the owner apologized for the inconvenience. Not a very good experience.

Erik cancelled my appointment 15 minutes before it started and his reasoning was I didn’t answer his text from that morning. Didn’t see this text cancelling my 3pm appointment because I was driving to said appointment so I was already there. This appointment had been booked for a week and we had texted about what I wanted prior to the appointment day. Told me to ask one of the other artists there to do it but the door was locked. Drove there for nothing. He then offered me another appointment a couple hours later but nothing for my wasted time. No thanks I’ll take my business to an artist that respect their client’s time. Unprofessional.

Got my first tattoo here from jerell. Really clean tattoo I recommend this place. Everyone was really friendly. We did a lot of retakes but he was cool with it. Overall really good place to get a tattoo. The tattoo looks real niceee

Made appointment during Friday 13th special for Sunday at 2pm while the artist who we later found to be the owner was there asking if that time suited him and if the special was still good all weekend. Come in and only one artist was there and he apologized and called the owner with around 2pm. He said he would be there between 3 and 3:30 the latest so we decided to wait. As of 4pm we decided to leave and as of 4:30 making plans in the car by the lot no one has pulled up. Greatly disappointed on how they handled the whole situation.
