My tatt was to be a cover up from a other tatt that turned out horrible. So went to dream worx and they couldn't do a 15 min tatt cause Someone booked them for the day. I mean come on 15 min max and was told if you want to pay more than 3-400 in those place I'll hook you up. Not counting I was there like 4 days before they should have told me they couldn't do it then instead me waiting In town for hrs to open. So anyway I go ink city and still was not
Covered you can see the old tatt and i was told for $10 I could come back and he fix it. Smh really just paid you to fix and fill in which he didn't do this is a before they fixed and a after . You can see where it was to be covered in the sides and wasnt
