Got an industrial piercing done and not even 12 hours my ball comes off....when I went it was really busy which isn’t a problem but he seems like the only one there that knows how to do anything which is weird for a business but he’s ok just hope my bar doesn’t come off when I sleep..he said I couldn’t come back tomorrow because he wasn’t gonna be there and I stay out of town

Four of us went into the parlor to get tattoos done, and instead the tattoo artist there decided to tell us that our tattoos were like everybody else’s tattoos and we needed to come up with something original. My son wanted a tattoo of some shaded trees done and he told my son to he’s better off going outside and take a picture of a tree and get it done. Basically he very degrading and rude

My daughter went in with three different pictures and said "I want the rose this way, but with this saying, and this size" she airdropped the pictures and what he came up with was exactly what she had in mind.....happy is an understatement! She was thrilled that it came out just as she had imagined it. I'm sure they will be seeing her again......

Do not recommend this guy to change your nose ring while it’s still healing!! I came here to get my nose ring changed back to a stud, and he ended up repiercing my nose in the same hole(without my permission or telling me) but a different angle because apparently the guy that did mine in Panama City made it crooked ( he did a certain angle to where I could put in a stud or a hoop). Right when he repierced it, my nose started flowing ALOT of blood for 3 minutes straight, and I was in complete shock. I kept asking if this was normal and that it’s gonna get infected and he said (I’ve been doing this for 38 years, it won’t get infected) He did not tell me that he was going to repierce my nose nor did I sign any documentation stating consent for him to do this. Also, if he had told me he was going to repierce my nose he should have never done it in the same hole until it was completely healed. I have been having random nose bleeds that would go on for an hour at a time and I have jumbled up scar tissue underneath my piercing leaving a bump. If I had known I needed it repierced (which I didn’t) I would have gone somewhere else. Also do not try to confront this man on anything because he will prove you wrong and make u believe that everything he says is right.

They are not checking to see if the parent bringing a child for a tattoo has legal consent or guardianship. This is illegal. Now my daughter has a tattoo that I would do not approve of because the business thought more of money then of the law. It makes perfect sense to request the parent to show that the parent with full custody also gives consent. She is 16, and my daughter will be a different person when she is 20. I'm going to seek legal counsel in the matter.

tl:dr - owner was extremely rude to me and my mother, location is not handicap accessible / does not comply with ADA standards, and owner will lie about occurrences immediately after happening.
First, I'm underage (17) with multiple piercings already so I know how this should have gone down. Previously, I had gotten a piercing at a different establishment that also had a step preventing my mother's wheelchair from entering. All I had to do was let the piercer know and we simply went outside so he could confirm her ID and receive her ID to photo copy. And that's it, that's as simple as it needs to be to accommodate a handicapped customer who can't access your store. That isn't what happened here. I came in for an eyebrow piercing and the interaction was normal up until I needed the parental sign off. I let him know that my mother is in a wheelchair and that because of the large step into the store she cannot enter. Instead of explaining that she needs to come into the store, that she should be able to enter the store, before any of that, he simply says "I don't go outside" and then went back to whatever he was doing. And honestly I thought this was a joke, it wasn't dark, I wasn't hostile, im just a kid wanting a piercing but he wouldn't step outside to see my mother in the car. Regardless, I then asked if she would be able to come to the door and do the transaction there, I was told that no she was required to come into the store. So then I ask if there is a second door to come in, which we have had to do sometimes in the past. But alas, no "there's no other door." So at this point his diction and tone had already been rude and I just left. My mother was astonished at his responses and especially the fact that he in no way cared to offer any assistance. So she called the store and find some answers. The call began with her just asking where their handicapped entrance was. To him, that is the step more than 1 inch high (which is the maximum hieght allowed by the ADA (Americans with disabilities act) that every public establishment must legally adhere to. It is unlawful to not be accessible for a handicapped person without offering further assistance ( which I tried to suggest for him, the many alternative ways this could have been resolved and he further denied). As she pushed for more answers he began to lie about what transpired. He said I never told him my mother could come to the door, which was the second alternative I proposed. Then said I never asked for a different entrance, which was my third alternative I brought up. And his excuse for "I don't go outside" was that it was dark, which also isn't true, it was light when I arrived and light when I left. Their conversation heated up as he began to insist his shop was accessible while obviously it was not.
He dumbed the situation down to me not receiving a piercing. If I cared that much about the actual piercing, I would have it. My complaint is for immediate dismissal, lack of respect, rude attitude, and lies that transpired. This is blatant discrimination towards handicapped people, we were refused services even though there were multiple alternatives. This is not how an owner should act and not how an establishment should be run. Don't expose yourself to this and don't support a disrespectful liar.

The tattoo I got was really bad and didn't offer to fix it either. All the blue at the bottom. It looks worse in person.
