I noticed another review that said it would be better if they could separate family and work, and I agree. When I arrived the place was packed with people and a baby, and only one person other than me was having a service performed. The piercer was holding the baby and chatting and I waited probably 15 minutes longer than would've been reasonable due to the chatting. I got my ears pierced, and I liked that they had different options for colors, but the jewelry stand they were on was dusty and kept in a display case that didn't look so clean. I honestly remember her passing the baby away and then telling me to come into the piercing room, and she did not wash her hands. Just slapped on gloves, after handling a baby and doing a piercing before mine. The earrings weren't cleaned or disinfected before she pierced me. My ears were not wiped down with an alcohol swab or anything. The placement was awkward for a second hole and she didn't confirm with me where I wanted them. The earrings gave me issues later and I had to buy some that actually allowed for swelling, because the ones provided at the shop were nowhere near long enough. In general it seemed to be an unprofessional environment due to all the family there and the crowding. I wouldn't recommend unless they make some big changes.

Took our niece to get a daith piercing done to stop migraines. Needless to say it did work, she hasn't had anymore migraines. The place is clean yo perfection, the staff is friendly, they are very knowledgeable on the procedures they do. Highly recommend them.

Got an inner lip tattoo and the Artist tattooed on top of my lip. Very unprofessional. My lip was swollen for days. It has been 7 months and the tattoo has not faded. I’d definitely recommend going somewhere other than this place.

Don't go here!! They're very unprofessional and the chick that pierces and tattoos only has 2 years experience!! That's not enough in my opinion. She messed up my tattoo and my sister's bellybutton piercing. Not professional at all! I definitely should've went to an more experienced tattoo artist.

Highly recommend them for piercings their piercer christan done my lip and my fiancées tongue and we didnt feel anything and she was very professional and the other staff was very friendly and helpful and fully informational they make you feel right at home plan to go back very soon cant wait to see how their tattoo artist work
