JC at black sheep custom tattoos and piercings was amazing! I had gotten my daith pierced at great southern tattoo and the piece of jewelry was way too small but they refused to pierce it with anything else. I was in pain and I went to this shop to see if they could help. they did! JC was very friendly and Kind. He removed the piercing and pierced the other side for me. I highly recommend this shop!! JC is the best in the business. He gave my 16 year old son, Eli, a tattoo of a bass. His artwork is original and way more beautiful that the idea that Eli brought in. He is very professional and a really good guy. We are SO excited that he has his own studio! We highly recommend Black Sheep! You will not be disappointed!!!!

I’m vacationing in Gulf Shores and wanted to get my nose pierced! I had called like 4 people before calling Black sheep. Just even calling Black Sheep they gave me more information over the phone and sounded like great people! So we went and I couldn’t be more pleased! JC was very patient and took his time on it! It looks great! Shop was very clean and smelled nice and clean too!

Expectations were beyond anything I imagined. I walked in with an idea and Leif made it come to life. I don't have the best luck with outta town ink but if I'm ever in Alabama I'll be getting another piece of Lief's art on my body. The shop was sparkling clean and everyone was very welcoming and personable. 10/10 highly recommended

Here on vacation, wanted to get a piercing for my birthday. We called to ask about pricing, and asked if we needed an appointment and they said they took walk ins at any time. We drove 30 MINUTES to this place because of good reviews, and we get there and stood in the lobby for about 10 minutes before anyone helped us, despite apparent workers walking back in and out the door, clearly seeing us. When finally helped, he told us that his piercer was out “picking up his kids” even though Tuesday’s are discount piercing days. The guy told us to come back the next day when the piercer was back in. We called back the next day to make sure he was there, and the piercer was conveniently “getting foot surgery” and wouldn’t be in at all. He was terribly rude on the phone both days and in person. Very unprofessional and lost a lot of money considering a lot of girls were going to get pierced.
