Tried to get a piercing done today & walked into an empty shop and was told no one had time to do it today, said i was better off going to another shop. Like the guy told me, you're probably better off going somewhere else for your services. Edit - in response to store reply... you asked 3 different people if theyd like to do the work & they all said no. Instead of asking come back or set up an appointment you basically told me you didn't want my money.

Got my septum pierced here, the piercing artist was very friendly and put me at ease. The atmosphere was positive and fun, everything was very clean and neat. The piercing process was simple and effective, I got the impression he really knew what he was doing and I had no doubts about the quality of his work. Very happy with how it turned out!

I have 17 tattoos, but for whatever reason I’ve always been too scared to get my nose pierced. Tristan did a septum piercing yesterday and had to deal with me being a bit of a baby about it, but he was so kind and friendly! I’m so happy he was patient with me and didn’t give me a hard time. I’ve had some bad experiences at other local shops before. Definitely recommending this place to friends looking for friendly service and a clean establishment!

I was a walk-in to get my lip pierced. Did not have to wait long at all. The facility was clean and the artist were all very professional. They were quick and thorough. Went over aftercare with me and I am very satisfied with the results. I was nervous at first but Tristen calmed me down. Definitely referring everyone I know to them!

I came in to get my 2nd nose and ear pierced, my 11 year old daughter got both her 2nd ear piercing, my sister and mother in law all got two more piercings and it went great! Tristan was chill, professional, sanitary and made everyone feel at ease. The location has a great feel to it and the staff is always friendly. Highly recommend and will come back for more.
