Orange Beach Tattoos

My daughter and I wanted to get matching tattoos, so we read reviews of local shops online and chose Orange Beach Tattoo. Best decision ever. Tim is the tattoo artist we used and he was terrific. He was professional and very personable and made us comfortable. He walked us through the whole process which I especially appreciated because it was my first tattoo. Reasonable prices, very clean establishment, nice people. Thanks for a great experience!

If you wrote a bad review or gave 1 star to this shop then I'll go ahead and say you were probably the problem. Everyone here is so friendly respectful and professional. Jake is an amazing artist and wonderful mentor to his apprentices. The shop is very clean and has a family friendly atmosphere. Jake is very diligent and truly cares about the artwork he puts on your body. My quarter sleeve healed beautifully and did not even scab. He won't push your body past what he thinks it can handle and is very open minded to what you want but also adds his own creativity as well. I highly recommend OBT for anyone looking for great work at an unbeatable price. I'm looking forward to finishing my piece with him next month.

I went on a mini vacation to Orange Beach and have been searching for some new ink. I found this gem of a shop and walked in and was greeted instantly by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I decided upon a unicorn on my right calf and the one that I picked out of the look book was pretty basic. Tim told me to come back and he would have something drawn up for me. I returned and the outline that he did was amazing. Little did I know, that the finished product was even more amazing. The shading and color choices that Tim had used was gorgeous. I am highly satisfied on the way my new tattoo turned out. I am giving them a call this week to schedule an appointment to add background to my already amazing piece. I highly recommend Orange Beach Tattoo and Tim, thank you for your amazing artistry skills.

My best friend and I came to Orange Beach for a short, but much needed relaxing vacation before starting a next chapter in our lives. My best friend, Katy, and I had talked about getting a particular tattoo for her past mother for a many months. When we saw a tattoo shop across the street from where we were staying, we thought we would go in and see what it was all about. I, myself, have three tattoos (all from different places), and Katy has one herself. Of all of the places we have seen, this shop at just first sight was BY FAR the cleanest! After telling Teresa, the very helpful and personable front of the house assistant, what Katy was looking for, we knew that there was not another place that she wanted to get her tattoo. She had our business before we even got to meet the owner, Scott. After Teresa talked with Katy about what she wanted, we set an appointment to come back the very next day and put all of the elements together with her and Scott. When we all meet, Scott was not only caring about what Katy wanted, even though it meant nothing to him personally, he sincerely cared about putting what she wanted, what the tattoo meant to her, and how she wanted it to look into life. Between his and Teresa's collaborate design she was more in love with the tattoo than she even imagined. Because of that, she got a tattoo that she has had for over 6 years touched up and brought back to life (even better that it was before), as well as myself getting one of my previous tattoos filled in. Not only was the experience the best either one of us have ever had, but I, personally, have never felt so welcomed, laid back, and appreciated as a customer as I have at Orange Beach Tattoos. I not only just recommend going here, but I would call anyone a complete moron for going anywhere else anywhere near this area. You won't regret this experience at all, especially with something that is going to be a part of you for the rest of your life. Scott is an amazing artist, as well as a laid back guy that will talk you through your experience the whole time. What more could you ask for?!

Really nice establishment. We were welcomed in and said they would work with us and get us in on friday. Very friendly staff. They said they would call us with prices and times but were very busy. We stopped by after a couple days to check and they haven't had time to work on all our tattoos and this guy wasn't as friendly. He said he can't promise anything for Friday. We explained we're leaving town Saturday morning and he didn't seem like they were interested in doing them. I understand they are busy but we gave them a 5 day ahead appointment and our tattoos were not complicated at all. Again I would get a tattoo here but they just didn't seem very interested in doing them.

Everyone @ Orange Beach Tattoo was awesome! My first tattoo. They where very patient & worked very hard to get the design Just like I wanted it. Shop very clean, well organized & managed well. Thx Guys! You all did a great job. Love my tattoo.

If I could rate a 0, you better believe I would! We were rudely greeted upon walking in. Then an older lady came up as well to discuss our design and basically flat out told us we couldn’t get the tattoo the size we wanted it. It was a small and minimalistic design and they wanted to blow it up tremendously (a money gimmick I’m sure) needless to say we walked out and took our business elsewhere.

Tim did the tattoo's for my wife and I while we were on vacation. We went in the first day we were there. They recommended waiting till the last day since we were going to spend time at the beach and swimming. Tim did a great design that my wife loves for her tattoo that she has been dreaming of for 15 years. Im impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of all who were working!

I'm totally blown away by the artwork I received from Jake. He and I were on the same page the minute we met. I think he is my kindred spirit. The love and passion he has for creating art is like nothing I've ever seen. He understood the story behind the art that he created for me. I'll be back next year to have more art done. Thanks Jake, Hope, and Eric for making my wife and I feel like family. Best artists in Alabama.
