We had an appointment but was treated like we didn't even matter. Very unprofessional. When we get there they are arguing in front of us on who was going to take us and 2 of the 3 was like well I have another appointment in 30 minutes the other one was cussing and said I told you I'm not doing any tats today! And then 2 go off and are chatting like we were invisible. I said excuse me, who is doing our tats? She said someone else is coming and goes back to talking. Needless to say, we left. No way was I going to trust them with putting something permanent on my body.

I’ll be the one to leave a so/so review I guess. My artist was very nice but as it was healing I thought the tattoo looked a little faded/gray compared to my other tattoos when healing. Went up to the shop to talk about it and was just told that it’s healing and “that’s how it’s supposed to look. No? I know my own skin and I know what it looks like when it’s healing from a tattoo .Felt like I was getting laughed at/dismissed. I was right, the two I got are very pretty but not very black. Disappointed because this place is so hyped up

Best shop in the valley! Very clean, professional, creative, and yet fun environment. Always laughing, just a happy place in General! Rocky does phenomenal work! Very detailed and clean! I'll never let anyone else tat on me again!
I just was going to leave another great review for my dope tat I just got and I noticed the review left by Conner.
I was there that day he came in, demanding a tattoo by Rocky, specifically . Rocky's response was very professional as he explained that he cannot accept walk ins, he is an appointment only artist because he is booked for weeks out. Conner seemed like he was strung out on drugs, not Rocky. I will personally vouch for both Rocky and this shop that this is a professional, extremely clean and a drug free environment! I have been coming to Rocky for years and have gotten several tats from him and other artists in the shop. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Rocky helped me create a beautiful tribute to my grandparents. He offered valuable suggestions on my tattoo art and suggested placement. Before he ever touched a needle to my skin he realized my skin is soft, which will allow lines to bleed. He used a very light hand and super clean lines. I'm an aesthetician and know a lot about skin and it was truly appreciated that he realized how my tattoo could heal. Thanks again for the amazing birthday tattoo! <3

When I came here to get my first tattoo a month ago, I didn't really know what to expect from tattoo shops in general. But I definitely have a lot of good things to say about AZ Ink now, and absolutely no regrets about getting my tattoo there.
While I didn't have a decided example of what I wanted, just some vague ideas, I was worried it would be harder to come up with a design that I would have on my body permanently. Rocky, the artist that worked on my tattoo, showed no hesitation and got right to work helping me find the style, the features I wanted represented, and even the little details for the tattoo. The process wasn't pressured or rushed. After the design was finished he got started on the tattooing. The whole shop is always sanitized. He has a light hand and he gets very immersed in his work.
I've come back over the past month for multiple sessions and I honestly love the environment. The artists are very passionate about their work, they have casual conversations with their clients, and everyone is usually in high spirits.
My tattoo still needs a couple more sessions, which to me is great because I like spending time in there. AZ Ink definitely deserves 5 stars from my experience there.

Excellent experience to get a tattoo! Rocky is the best artist in the valley. Went in with an appointment with no photos and told Rocky my concept. He spent 2 hours hand drawing and bringing my concept to life in an amazing one of a kind tattoo. Shop was clean and staff was so great I bought them all lunch. Go see the awesome people at AZ Ink for your one of a kind tattoo!
