I took my daughter here to have her ears pierced and it was the most amazing experience! We had Colleen who could not have been any more awesome. She was absolutely fantastic with my daughter and explained every step to her. She asked her and I both if we had questions. She made the whole experience just fantastic. And she did a great job too, let's not forget to mention that :) She was very professional, clearly experienced and kept everything very clean and sanitary. I'm so glad when my daughter looks back at her first piercing experience it will be with this in mind. Hot Rod Tattoo is absolutely gorgeous on the inside. They are also being very covid cautious and wise which I greatly appreciate it. I will definitely be referring friends to this place. The front desk ladies who do the scheduling and greeting are incredibly sweet and kind. Overall just a great place and experience. My daughter is through the roof happy and excited as am I.

Very professional and my experience as a first time customer was amazing. The staff and building atmosphere is very clean and friendly. LeiLani did an excellent job on my tattoo and made the whole session comfortable and friendly. She is also quick to respond if you have questions about the after care. She is a 5 star artist and has a very cool work station!!

Mildly disappointed, I sent emails as instructed on the website, had a conversation over the phone with one of the receptionist. I clearly communicated I was only going to in town for a few weeks, they insisted I come in for a consultation. Drove an hour out of my way, Upon arrival I was told June was the earliest I could get in; never even spoke with an artist. I don’t know why i couldn’t have been told that over the phone.
The place was super clean and easy to find. Lots of room for clients to spread out, even the waiting room is huge.

My daughter had a piercing from Colleen today and I have to say that was the most peaceful, Beautiful and On Point Piercing I have ever seen! Colleen has a true eye for detail and made my daughter SO comfortable! She is a true Rock star in her profession… AMAZING Experience and side note Hot Rod is by far one of the most organized, Professional, friendly business I have worked with! A+++++++

I had a great experience! Had my nostril and my earlobe pierced. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and made me feel super comfortable since this was my first piercing experience (besides Claire’s... never again). Gene did my piercings. He was awesome! Super nice and funny conversation. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and extremely professional when their computers were having difficulties. Definitely coming back for my first tattoo!

The process of setting up the appointment was quick and the receptionists were very friendly and attentive with getting all the details. I had gotten my piercing done with Gene previously, so it was the best choice to have my tattoo done by him as well! He does such intricate and clean work. He made sure to make me feel comfortable before he started working. Even when I expressed discomfort from the needles, he was more than willing to take 5 minute breaks to let me continue. He's a great artist and I'll be having him do all my future tattoos!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. It takes “tattoo parlor” to a whole new level. The staff is friendly. The inside is modern and updated. The private tattoo rooms are clean, with nice equipment, and televisions! Most importantly, the skill is amazing. Matt just completed a half sleeve for me after several sessions and it is amazing. Highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back!

I just had my cartilage pierced by Colleen. She was THE BEST!! She was SO friendly and kind. She explained everything before and during the procedure, walking me through each step. I was so calm that it hardly hurt at all! It looks amazing and I am very pleased. I will definitely go back to her for any piercings I get in the future. I’ve always loved Hotrod; I got my first tattoo here. Now it’s my favorite piercing place too!!
