The piercer is always so amazing and friendly. He's very clean and thorough and tells you every step before he does anything, and hes very gentle the piercings hardly even hurt.

Loyal customer since Peoria location. Great service and pricings for piercings. However, make sure when the person who does piercings are scheduled. Only did piercings in this facility.

Went in to get a septum piercing with Anthony whom I was referred to by a friend place was clean and welcoming nice atmosphere Anthony was very nice and thorough walked me through what he will be doing very friendly and gave me all information needed on after care definitely recommend

CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL! I live further up in North Phoenix and really didn't want to drive to this shop but, my girlfriend recommended it so I called to see if I needed an appt or not (You know the polite thing to do. Rather than show up and be upset they can't get you in). They said they take walk ins but try to be there before 8:15. It's 6:45 so I rush to show up at about 7:20.... They say the piercer is no longer doing piercings. I nicely say I just talked to them and they said be here before 8:15. They tell me well throughout the day he just wasn't feeling it....They didn't realise I had just spoken to them less than 30 mins prior. And not one customer in this place. At least they could have just told me he may not be able to do it at least i would have been prepared for that...wasted my time for nothing I've already called my 2 friends that go here they're not going back. And I refuse to allow my gf to go back. THANKS GUYS!! I can deal with alot but when customer service is bad I'm done.

Someone told me about Tattoo 151, and I wanted to see if this place was really legit. Turns out, it was and everything went well. I really recommend getting your nose piercings here because they have good service and know what they’re doing.
