Could not have had a better experience. Samm Taylor is the first tattoo artist I ever used and she was extremely helpful every step of the way. She did a thorough consultation and made sure the tattoo would be designed exactly how I wanted it. Her design work and the actual finished product came out spectacular. Her attention to detail and professionalism were top notch. Gave me very helpful advice for my aftercare and was very easy to work with and talk to. I would recommend her to anyone who wants an amazing tattoo and an artist that will really take care of you and treat you right. She is absolutely fantastic. Five out of five stars! I LOVE North Mountain Tattoo. First of all, all the artists there are super professional and friendly. You can tell it is a professional and clean environment when you walk in, and the owner is so sincere and kind. I’ve gone to Sam for a long time but all the artists there are fantastic!! Such a great and friendly staff. Great environment and atmosphere. Great music. Amazing and great work by the whole North Mountain Staff. My artist and also shop owner, is Dan, who always does amazing work. He has done my chest cover up and remodeled my entire chest piece. North Mountain Tattoo will take good care of you. Highly recommend, I will not go anywhere else.

I just got my very first tattoo done and it was the best experience I could have asked for. Not only was it very easy and stress free but it went by nicely. I was with Jordan and she thoroughly explained everything and swiftly answered all my questions. Not only that she was very careful and helped bring my dream tattoo to life! I was also able to have my mom and grandma with me and another member brought her an extra chair for my mom without us even having to ask! I can't wait to come back for my next one!!!

This shop is fantastic, I've been working with Dan on doing a sleeve and every interaction I've had with anyone in the shop has been a positive one. The shop is really clean and organized and very well decorated. I would recommend them to anyone.

I stopped by the studio to talk about a tattoo design I would like and I met Brian (Bryan…?) A. Very nice guy, was able to understand and visualize what I wanted, and we set an appointment to come in the next day. When I arrived he pulled out his computer and showed me what he had come up with. He has clearly put a lot of effort ahead of time. We sat down and went over it and I really liked what has done. He has been a tattoo artist for over 20 years and it clearly showed. So we then went and he crafted the tattoo on my forearm and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. It is actually better than I had hoped for - no BS. I have an older tattoo that is about 25 years old and I needs some work - and I definitely know who I am going to when I’m ready. Just couldn’t be happier with my new tattoo. Excellent.
