The shop is under new Management. It is now owned by Jimmy and Summer Henry. They've been the owners for a year now and the place has really done a 180! The atmosphere is warm, friendly and inviting. The decor is awesome and it really feels like a place where you can relax and chill. It's also family-friendly, and you will often see a kid or two playing video games while their mom/dad is getting some awesome work done.

Naomi pierced my Medusa crooked, and she didn’t even give me directions to take care of my piercing. Good thing I was learning how to be a piercer where I use to live years ago. Due to how crooked it was, inside my lip, one side of the piercing continued to get swollen and never got better. Took it out. Thanks a lot. NEVER GOING BACK.
