One of the most important elements of Sentient Tattoo Collective is the community. The artists have partnered up with Free Arts For Abused Children to offer art classes and tutorials for kids who may not have a creative outlet at home. Being my first tattoo, I can say the bar has been set extremely high. My artist was Tyson and from the onset, communication was professional and fun, the artwork was freakin' awesome, and the time in the chair [18 hours] was painless...minus the little needles getting at me. The overall vibe of the studio and the banter between the artist was positive and the decor really highlighted each artists personal style. I will say if you want some cookie cutter flash job, this might not be for you but if you are in search of a truly custom piece... you cannot find a better group to get you want you want and for it to come out looking primo.

I could not be happier with the entire experience. The shop is beautiful, clean, relaxed vibe with amazing art. Everyone was super nice and professional. Ange was incredible - talented, personable, good at communicating, and totally understood my abstract concept. If you're going to spend hours in one spot and so close to one person, I think it's important you genuinely like them and feel comfortable with them - and confident in their work and judgment. That's Ange - she is absolutely amazing. So talented, and just a good person. My piece turned out even better than I could have imagined, and I will absolutely be back!!!
