I came here with a healed nose piercing, I purchased a nose ring and asked for the woman working to please put the ring in for me. She did, it was extremely painful, she put in a higher gauge than what i was originally pierced with and did not tell me. It bled a ton and I had a bad feeling after because her face looked like she knew she messed up. After a couple weeks, I started to wonder if she had put the ring in correctly because I couldn’t twist it at all. I went to a different piercer, he looked and saw that she did not put the ring in correctly and did not put it all the way through. I had to pay to get my nose re-pierced because the staff here is obviously not qualified to be putting in jewelry. Do better.

Sean Macabre did an awesome job with my brother and I! We have been looking for a place to get our tattoos done in Tempe since moving here, and Tattooed Planet is definitely going to be our new go-to shop!

I came in tonight and attempted to get a tattoo by the artist Sean. Very unprofessional after giving him the photo of what I wanted, I assumed he was drawing up the stencil. Three young ladies walked in, he proceeded to converse with them about what tattoos they wanted. He then decided to take them before me. Even though I was sitting there for 45 minutes waiting for him. He then only acknowledged me when I was getting up to walk out the shop. I will never return to this shop. I appreciate the lady behind the counter because she was the only one who apologized for him being rude.

Second visit to this shop. First was on a recommendation from a friend who is a long time client. I was well recieved on my first visit and well taken care of as a walk in. Needless to say the first time was just as professional as the second. My second piece was much larger and Joey set up an appointment that would work around my time. He took my design concept and incorporated his own artistic input as I asked him to do.. His added touches were just what I was looking for.. His work was awesome and clean. I will be going back when the time comes for my wife's large piece as well as my next tattoo.

I was referred to this tattoo shop back in 2016 & I have continued to come back for every additional tattoo since then. The shop is clean, the prices are fair, & most importantly the artists are talented. Everyone at the shop is super friendly & every visit has always been a good time. I continuously recommend Tattooed Planet to anyone who asks about mine. You will not be disappointed by the end result of your tattoo after leaving the shop. Stop in & check them out!

Never ended up getting the tattoo. The lady at the front desk was nice. The artist that was supposed to be doing my tattoo, though, was rather unprofessional. I wanted my tattoo a certain way and he said he didnt want to do it that way because it was the "wrong" way. As if it was going on his body and he was paying for it. Glad I caught the red flags before actually going through with it. I would advise against going there.

Everyone is very nice. Not sure how knowledgeable they are with ear piercings though because they pierced my cartilage with a butterfly back. I wasn’t aware butterfly backs are not ideal for piercings as the posts are threaded and aren’t long enough to accommodate for swelling. They are also breeding grounds for bacteria. Takes a lot longer for piercings to heel this way, if they do. Make sure whoever is piercing you is knowledgeable and have lots of continuing education under their belts

Really hard to write this but I’ve been coming here since I was 18, I’m now 25 and have had 6 small to large tattoos done by the shop owner Joey. The last tattoo that I wanted now just over a year ago 2020 Aug I paid a deposit for $100 and have not been able to get in contact with him despite over 10 calls 5 text and stopping in the shop 3 times. At this point I’ve come to the conclusion I’ve lost my money but this is very disappointing due to the amount of work he has already done for me.

Had a really great experience! Even though it was packed I was dealt with quickly and they were super friendly. Jamone did my piercing (septum) and he was super friendly! He didn't like how the piercing was crooked the first time so he offered to redo it, which I was nervous for but the second time made it look amazing! They really want you to leave happy, and expect nothing less. Love it here, might get a tattoo done next!
