On yesterday, I went to get piercings. Zach is really amazing. He did a good job of distracting me when I got my piercings. I was body conscious and he just was really amazing at making me feel comfortable. He was funny and a really great professional. He was very clean and wore gloves and a mask. I really liked the service that I received and would go back to him if I needed another piercing.

I went on my birthday to get a quote and was told that they could book an appointment as long as there was a deposit put down. I was also told that I would be refunded if I called and canceled before MISSING the appointment. I called an hour later to cancel the appointment that was scheduled for a week later due to finding someone who could do it that night. The money had still not hit my account almost two weeks later, so I called and asked how long that would take. They then told me that the deposit would not be refunded because they never refund deposits. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would because now Iām out $60 that I was told would be given back.
