I have not received a service here yet. My roommate has gotten a tattoo that was done beautifully by an artist there, I just have yet to figure out what I want. BUT my boyfriend and I came to look at septum rings today because he lost his ball. A very kind woman helped us and gave us a new ball at no charge. We will definitely be back. Very kind staff

Got a tattoo done here by a very nice Apprentice named Brandon he was very kind and made sure I was comfortable through out my tattoo.The environment is very comforting and Definitely helps Ease anxiety. Would highly recommend!!

Update: ive added multiple pieces here. I get constant compliments, but more than that, I just love my tats.
They also release some of the coolest flash art.
Additional update; new peice from Mac, an apprentice, was beautiful.

i really wanted to like this establishment bc it is lgbtq+ and women friendly and i am not the type to write nasty reviews but i am writing this review out of genuine concern for anyone who goes to get pierced here. i have had two piercings here that were both very problematic bc the piercers put in the wrong jewelry both times. their inexperience is very dangerous. they helped me to change the jewelry both times but i unfortunately cannot consider coming back again.

I got an industrial piercing about 8 months ago and just recently got a conch piercing here as well. I’ve had a great experience both times— they were professional and so friendly. Very efficient too and I’ve had no problems with the piercing itself, I definitely recommend. Thank you

Kiki pierced my septum a couple weeks back and she was THE BEST. Great service, did it correctly, and took covid precautions. She was so nice as well. Great service 10/10 recommended going here and letting her work on you if you get the chance!

Went in for a special a couple of months ago. Got some script work done. An "i" wasn't dotted and some ink didn't set in. Contacted artist...Micaela....for a touch up after 45 days via Facebook. Got an appt. set. Showed up. She didn't. Shop wasn't very helpful. Showed the Facebook message exchange. Shop called her. No response. Told to message her again. She never responded. So, went to see my regular artist..D-Man at Zodiac. He fixed it. I had scarring from a heavy hand and ink was blurring. Learned a lesson. Won't be going there again.
