The lady at the front desk is completely rude and unprofessional. We got three piercings done, and she charged us $50 more than what was posted online and when I brought it to her attention she completely flipped out saying I was lying even though I just told her they needed to take a look at it because it’s showing a different price. We know our piercer from before he was there and he was the only reason we went. Josh, Jake, and Johnny are all awesome, but the rude, disgusting lady at the front is horrible. Would advise only going on the weekdays when she isn’t there.

I want to say a big THANK YOU to Johnny B for being a fantastic human, incredible piercing dude and great tattoo artist. I just had my tragus done by him last Thursday. He was very professional both times I've been pierced by him. He was funny and down to earth and well. Come on y'all, when you are getting a hole put in you the humor makes it hurt less. I brought my friend in to get her daith done because I truly believe he's the best in the business. I'm a repeat customer and I highly recommend him and Jimmy Romance Tattoo in general. They are all awesome. He gave me his contact info in case I had any about my piercing care. He was through in his explanation of the procedure and the after care. Already this week I've recommended him to two other people for piercing.

I got a double helix piercing here and it was a great experience! Johnny Bielawski (Johnny B) is awesome! He joked with me and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I would definitely return! Also, ask for Johnny B if you’re gonna get a piercing or tattoo! He’s the best!!

I just got my forward helix done by Johnny B and I love it. He's very clean and professional. I'm not sure why anybody would rate him so low on here. He clearly has knowledge about what he's doing. What a completely rude and unprofessional experience that took over 4 weeks to conclude. Pay your deposit at your own risk. There are so many options in this area. Choose wisely, ink is permanent.

Johnny B has pierced me 3 times now and I'm sure I'll be back for more! KC was super helpful today when I went in and he explained that there would be a wait. Johnny's worth the wait so I was good with it. I was really disappointed while I was there waiting because I overheard one of the artists (Eric) being very demeaning to a potential customer. That's the first bad experience I've EVER had here. I'm hoping it was just a bad day because I'd never get tatted by someone speaking to me like that. Looking forward to going back soon.

Had a wonderful experience with this shop! Receptionist is super cool and the artist that I worked with(Johnny Bielawski) did a great job with my tattoo! I wanted an Arabic quote on my arm and he helped me decide on the size and placement! Just an overall great experience and can’t wait to go back for my next tattoo!
