Barney, the guy who pierced my lips, did a really good job. I couldn't be happier dispite the pain lmao. Him and his apprentice Chealsey made me feel really comfortable and calm being my first time getting a piercing. Two thumbs up!!!

We went to get ear piercings and called the day before and the guy said the piercing guy would do it but when we went there had to wait 1.5 hours to be told no. Will never refer anyone here

If you want to go for a belly button piercing I suggest NOT! I went about 5 months ago and mine has had many problems. I went to a girl named Kaelin, not only did she pierce mine AND my friends wrong the first time, but when I went back to get it fixed all she did was put the needle through the same hole, and it didn't even go through my belly button it was just two holes right above it. I never saw her clean off the needle either. I talked to another piercer and she said she did it all wrong and didn't pierce it far enough back so if my belly ring got caught it would rip through my skin. I took my piercing out and now I have permanent scarring, permanent scar tissue damage, and permanent scar tissue inflammation. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A BELLY BUTTON PIERCING. YOU'LL REGRET IT.

I've had five tattoos done at Mad Dog over the years. When there was a mistake made on one of them, not only did the owner of the shop fix it, he gave me another tattoo free of charge by way of apology. Whenever anyone asks me about tattoo shops in Bakersfield, I recommend Mad Dog.
