Dyna Conv
I went in to get a tattoo cleaned up and put down a deposit. Tony aka Anthony blew me off for two weeks. I finally called him and he played dumb. He also said in the beginning it would be an easy fix. When I called him after the deposit two weeks later he told how my tattoo was jacked up and wanted to cover it up. For more money of course. Then he claimed how good he was 17 years of experience. After playing email games. He then claimed he wanted to do something fresh. So I came up with a new tattoo of some numbers. This is two months later! He dropped the ball! Crooked lines, jacked up one of the numbers, bad shading. Its very weak for someone with the experience he claims. Don't recommend him at all.

Asked for a tattoo with a font I brought in, Adrian had it all pretty on the stencil, but as soon as it was tattooed on me, it wasn’t the exact font I asked for, tattoo is crooked, and it’s super choppy. I got a quote and some letters are written bigger than the others. Do not recommend going to him at all.

I walked in with my husband, asking about prices and taking about our ideas for our tattoos. The guy at the counter was extremely rude I guess he feels like a Hollywood wanna be rockstar. He straight out said he wouldn't do my husband's tatto even though my husband agreed to the pros and cons of getting this tattoo in this specific area where he wanted it. The guy even said that none of the other artists would do it, not even giving the other ones a chance to hear us out. How can you even let two potential subjects walk out like that? I'm a french bulldog breeder I know that customer service is a MUST to get through with my clients. It's a shame!!. And dude please brush your teeth and rinse with some listerine because your breath was so rancid, I wanted to turn around and run!!!.

I've been tattooed twice here, each time they have redrawn what I wanted and resized it awkwardly. Not only that but they do not value the customers' opinion and they are very unprofessional when it comes to dealing with clients.
