I got a tattoo for a touch up from Omar that an old artist (different studio) screwed up on, I had a ton of anxiety going into it due to poor experience with an old artist (different studio). He was super understanding and super down to Earth. He understood I had anxiety and gave me short breaks, telling me what colored he was at what time, as well as making sure I was okay throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions and gave me detail instructions on aftercare. All the workers there are super kind to everyone, it was a great environment. Great experience all around

Terrible service. A bunch of us waiting for hours for a Friday the 13th tattoo. They didn't bother telling us they hit their limit for walk ins and are only going off a list of names. They could've posted a sign on the window or something but didn't bother to tell anyone until we're at the door after waiting in the sun for hours. They said to call back at 7 but I drove 15 miles to this tattoo place I'm not going home then coming back. It's a shame because their art is good but they don't know how to inform people about important things. It was over 100 degrees when I got here.
