I went here to get my ears pierced for the first time. Relatively painless and quick! I was in and out in 10 minutes. If I decide to get more piercings I'll be back!

I came in to buy jewelry, simply an 18g CBR for my ear lobe piercing. The staff were all polite and welcoming, but my experience after my purchase was terrible. Nikki didn't give me a real CBR, but an imitation one that squeezed open and closed. I should have insisted on an actual CBR like I asked for, but I made the mistake of trusting her judgement. She put the jewelry in for me and gave me her card before I left. Of course, as soon as I got home, the ring slid in my ear, and the piercing managed to close in the gap between the fake "bead" and the other end of the loop. I had to painfully twist the jewelry open to pull it out. Disappointed in having been sold a product I didn't ask for, more disappointed in having to retire my ear lobe piercing.
