It has been 3 months later & my Tattoo is developing bumps and is itching really bad. My body is covered about 75% in Tattoos. I've never had an issue with any of my other artwork; nor Artists. Instead of being Humble for the business that has been conducted, Audie came off to be Very Rude and Unprofessional. I paid 2x for a deposit and at my appointment I was charged almost a thousand dollars for half of a tattoo that was agreed upon. My Cat Portrait does not look like my Cat at all and Audie did not finish the work. I asked if we can go longer...since he was only tattooing me for 2 hrs...in which I was under the impression from the consultation appointment that we would tattoo for as long as I can go for. It was only 2hrs in and he said he was finished and would complete the rest on the next appointment. The next appointment came well, not exactly...he texts me the day before our appointment and says he will need to cancel our appointment due to the holidays and will pick a day to reschedule and let me know. Till now, I have not heard from him. I understand we all have a personal Life, but if that's a distraction from your business...then maybe you shouldn't be conducting business any longer. Some of us work hard for our money and if your being treated as if your paying with monopoly money, then maybe you should take your business where you will be valued as a customer and treated as a human Being. I've never experienced such a bad visit as I have with Audie. I will never recommend him, I have another professional artist to finish/correct the work he's out of town but it'll be money well spent to go elsewhere.

I got my nostril pierced here a couple months ago and it was genuinely such a great experience. Matt explained everything throughout and everything was clean and the environment was very relaxed. He answered all my questions very clearly as well. I got a piercing bump on my nose and he helped me get rid of that also. I love my piercing so much and he did a wonderful job!

Matt is awesome!! I’ve gotten 4 piercings done by him already and each one has been perfect. He’s super thorough and explains everything throughout the process. He made sure I was relaxed before doing anything and is super friendly. He’ll definitely be my go-to guy for my future piercings!

I got a quote from Will for 2 hours of work @ $200. Waited two months (even though they do walk ins...) and i was out in 23 minutes. The tattoo was good, simple lines. I told him the hours and the pay don’t match the quote. He smiled and said “Same price.” Rude environment the whole time, will definitely not go back.

Went in to take my daughter to get her septum piercing as a walk in..got help right away..they were really professional explaining the whole process pre and post piercing..made me comfortable letting them do my daughters piercing..she was really happy with her pierce

Went here to get pierced due to reviews I read and I was not disappointed! Matt is very patient and great explaining everything he’s doing. You can tell he’s experienced. He pierced my ear in 4 different spots and he’s very accurate about the placing of the piercing and helpful with aftercare instructions. I’ve referred him to friends and will continue to refer him. My daughter got her nose pierced here. Matt is beyond professional and I would recommend him to everyone. He explained everything for her after care. He kept her calm during the piercing and was extremely polite. If you need any piercings in fresno or surrounding areas, he is the man to see.

Matt is INCREDIBLE and likely the most accurate and professional piercer I’ve ever had. Everything was explained, down to the sterilization, piercing, placement, and jewelry. He was extremely patient with fixing a septum piercing gone wrong. Super calm and kind, I highly recommend him for piercings!

Good quality tattoos from Audie and good piercing. All good quality, don’t expect knock end stuff, want to make sure you don’t get infections from piercings? This is the place, and Audie is hands down the best in the Central Valley. Highly recommend. Been coming for 2 years and I will not go anywhere else.
