My experience with June and Rob was a fantastic experience from start to finish. June's art speaks for itself, and I am thrilled to have her work tattooed. The shop is clean, relaxing, and a work of art on its own. The consultation, scheduling, and day of the appointment was simple, accommodating, effortless, and fun! The tattoo is simply amazing, and is my favorite from the three I have. I even appreciated how she incorporated touches of my mom's flowers and hand-made jewelry, as well was able to tattoo both me and my wife on the same day.

There are very few 5 star experiences in my book, and June is one of them!

I've been getting tattoos for 17 years and have sat dozens of times. I've been to working class street shops and glitzy parlors catering to fancy clientele.

My experience at June Jung Art was by far the most relaxing and enjoyable first time experience I've had. The shop is clean and well maintained. June and Rob are warm and welcoming.

In addition to the shop experience the tattoo quality is amazing. I sent an idea to June and when I came into the shop she had three different versions of the design ready for me. We had a quick conversation about which I preferred, and decided on color -- all without stress or pressure.

June is fantastic at what she does. The tattoo was the least painful I've experienced, placement is perfect, and it healed without a hitch.

I would absolutely recommend June to anyone -- in fact, I received a number of compliments just walking around the city in the days following. Every time it came up I immediately referred them to June's studio.

June is a TOTAL BADASS! And an amazing artist! I had dreamed of getting a cardinal tattoo for the longest time and as soon as I saw her artwork I knew she was the perfect artist for me. The meaning had such deep sentimental value for me I was almost nervous to get it done at all, but it turned out more perfect that I could have imagined. The wait time for my consultation was faster than I expected and she even managed to fit me in for the tattoo before she had a baby!! Did I mention she was adorably freaking pregnant when she did my tattoo. So awesome! Artwork-Perfect, Atmosphere-Clean & Serene, Price-100% reasonable and exactly what I expected

June and Rob are both incredibly welcoming and friendly people. The studio is clean, bright, and has a nice feeling to it. I contacted June a few months before to schedule my appointment with a vague description of an idea and a few reference images. What she came up with was so much better than what I had in my head. Once we started the tattoo it was easy to relax with some music in the background. It was a pleasure to meet them. I would absolutely go back to June for another tattoo, her style and passion is absolutely unmatched!

Also, parking was pretty easy to find in the area.

Got my first tattoo here! I was looking for months for an artist who does watercolor tattoos well in the Los Angeles area and was about to give up and book a flight to another country when I came across June's work on Instagram. I went to a tattoo convention where there were hundreds of artists to see who else was available in the LA area. Seeing June's unique style juxtaposed with all the other artists there, I knew she was just what I was looking for!

June and Rob were super helpful and personable throughout the consultation/design process and responded quickly via email to all of my questions and requests. I gave June my concept for the design, and she took off and ran with it.

The day of the actual appointment, I was running late and didn't have time to eat beforehand. Without skipping a beat, Rob offered me and my friend that I had brought with me a selection of healthy snacks they had on hand. June and Rob did a great job of putting me at ease, knowing that I was nervous because it was my first tattoo. Also, a note about the space.... most tattoo shops are cluttered and kitschy. This place is not that. It's super open and you feel like you can actually breathe. Waaaayyyyy less stressful for someone like me who was nervous to begin with!

Here comes the best part.... the whole tattoo only took 2 hours! I've gotten a million compliments on it, and everyone is always blown away by how detailed it is. Most people assume that it took several sessions and hardly believe me when I tell them it only took 2 hours!

My tattoo is as beautiful as June, inside and out ♥️ She and Rob took really good care of me. The shop is so cool and clean. The staff were so friendly.
I felt so comfortable. But most of all the experience that I had with June. She is very artistic and yet humble. The treatment that I received from her, Rob and everyone in the shop made me feel important. Thank you!

I was lucky enough to book an appointment with Ian. Ian is truly an artist! He took my fairly vague idea and created something that beat all my expectations. I am soooo stoked on how the backpacking toad tattoo came out! I love the small details and the shading is incredible! The picture attached to this review is through the bandage so it looks even better then that.

The process itself was super smooth from start to finish. I filled out a form on the studio's website with my tattoo idea and a handful of reference photos. Ian quickly got back to me to let me know he was excited about the idea and gave me the price for the tattoo. Rob then followed up with all the info on how to book and make the deposit. The studio was clean and comfortable and had a great vibe. There was also plenty of street parking nearby. After the session I received a followup email with all the aftercare instructions. Overall an awesome experience! Don't hesitate to come here for a tattoo with Ian. You won't regret it!

First off, parking was super easy, which I appreciate! The shop was clean and spaced out. I worked with June, who came up with the design on her own after some information I provided in the application. Her design was nothing I would have thought of myself and was absolutely perfect! We did make a few adjustments regarding size and then she got to work. I am so happy that she was recommended to me and I would recommend her to others who want to work with an artist on something really unique and special!

My daughter and I drove down to LA from Northern CA to get matching tattoos. We picked Beto based off of his designs we saw on Instagram. It was my very first tattoo and he was very professional, the shop was very clean, and the staff was extremely helpful, all of which put me at ease. To top it off the tattoos are AMAZING! We got jelly fish on our backs and now we wish we would have gotten the tattoo somewhere we could admire it daily. Next time, for sure. Thank you Beto!

I got my first tattoo with Hemi. The shop made the entire process super easy. The form to request the appointment was clear and easy to fill out. A couple weeks later, I received a time estimate and quote. The consent form, again, was super easy. They have a QR code so you can fill it out on your phone when you arrive.

The shop is clean and brightly lit. I'd brought headphones, but I liked the music in the shop so I didn't end up needing them.

Hemi was very nice, walking me through all the elements of the design I'd requested. I loved her design and no changes were necessary. Hemi finished earlier than anticipated. She gave very clear instructions for after care. And the shop shares after care instructions before and after the appointment in case you need a refresher.

I'd definitely come back!
