I've had piercings by Chris and a tattoo by Manny. They are both great at what they do. They are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet.
Manny is a talented artist and he works very quick. A piece that takes up almost the entire upper half of my back took him less than 3 hours. He illustrated a phoenix for me and this is a cover up.

One of the best places in town to get a tattoo and piercing very satisfied with their customer service great friendly atmosphere comfortable seats the staff that work there give excellent work the artist there really take pride in their work and they also take pride and giving you a healthy environment especially doing covid I just want to thank everyone at South Central tattoo and piercing for making my experience and my family's experience a wonderful place to say thank you

Update
My son and I went to get another tattoo with Manny. We were a walk-in. Manny gave me a quote and advised me to go get cash. Went to get the cash returned less than 20 minutes just to be told I'll be next. While sitting in his hot no a/c shop his homeboy/ receptionist said it would be 15 minutes. Ok, I can wait. Then Manny who said he could take me. Told me to return about 5 pm. Really. The receptionist said to make an appointment for next week and to leave a deposit. Really.
Ok, the next Saturday call for an appointment was told to come on in no waiting. So we arrive just to be told by Manny I needed an appointment. Really.
I took my money to Sky High Ink on Manchester and I believe Main. No problem. Nice clean professional shop. No homies hanging out.
I don't recommend this place at all anymore. Now, this shop seems very suspect. Just Say No!
